hello. i hope i am reaching the correct artist. i saw a beautiful watercolor at a frame gallery in gillette, NJ and i believe the artists name was Dan Hsu.
I was speaking with the store owner and he mentioned that you at times conduct classes. I would LOVE to treat my mother to a mother and daughter art class to learn the art of chinese watercolors as a mother’s day gift. i was wondering if you are currently offering any classes. my mother is chinese and loves calligraphy and asian landscapes but neither of us are worthy artists. but i thought learning this art with her would be a wonderfully valuable experience.
please let me know if you are offering any classes in the near future. mdjeu@digitaldim.com
thank you
monica

Hi Hsu Dan!
It’s Marlena Skrobe. I studied with you four years ago when I lived in in New Jersey. I moved to Miami to attend the University of Miami. I will graduate this upcoming May with a dual degree in Marine Affairs and Visual Journalism. I was wondering how you were doing. I’m glad you have a new site! Your new work looks wonderful. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your lessons. You made me such a better artist and it was amazing learning about Chinese culture. Hope all is well!
